Why apps drift
One system, no seams.
An app usually means a chain: a backend contractor, a frontend contractor, a mobile shop, and a manager hired to keep them from drifting apart. Every seam costs time, and every seam is a place where your product becomes a little less yours.

Not from working harder, and not from AI writing the product. The method is written down where machines read it, and the machines hold the line:
Lint that refuses inaccessible text
Any text element that ignores a user's font settings fails the build. The accessible version is not a guideline here, it is the only thing that compiles.
A guard on every deploy
No release command runs unless it was explicitly authorized. Shipping by accident is not possible.
Analytics, or it does not ship
A feature that arrives without its tracking is refused before review. What launches, you can also measure.
Tests generated with the feature
End-to-end flows are written alongside each feature and run against every build, so a regression surfaces before a user does.
The conventions run themselves. The hours go where they should: your product, the decisions, the details only judgment can get right.

Precision, Pnoe’s health platform, is built and maintained this way: the iOS and Android apps, the Apple Watch app, the HealthKit layers, and the engines that turn a person’s biomarkers into their program. It is on the App Store and runs inside Equinox and Four Seasons.
