When you get in touch
We receive your name, email, and the project details you send, including any optional company, link, or budget information. Sharing is voluntary, but we need your contact details to reply. Please leave out sensitive personal information.
We use this information to answer you and discuss work you ask about, including steps towards a contract. Other correspondence and basic security logs are handled on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the site. Enquiries are not added to a marketing list.
The questionnaire runs in your browser. Your answers reach us only when you submit them; its suggested direction does not use an external AI service or make a binding decision.
Services the site uses
Netlify hosts the site. Resend delivers enquiries to our email inbox. Google Fonts supplies the fonts. These services may receive technical details such as your IP address. The site has no advertising or analytics trackers in its code.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their published terms describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses: Netlify, Resend, and Google. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence while handling the request and any active follow-up. Once it is no longer needed for that purpose, it should be deleted unless it is needed for an ongoing project, a legal obligation, or a legal claim. Those records are kept only for the relevant requirement or claim.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or request restriction or portability where applicable. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email contact@lemonroot.gr.
You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the data protection authority where you live or work.
