Who is responsible

Lemonroot is operated by Evangelos Tzemis in Athens, Greece. Lemonroot is the controller of the personal information covered by this notice.

What is collected

When you use the project questionnaire or short enquiry form, Lemonroot receives the project information you choose or write. Depending on the path, this can include the project type, goal, current state, project description, timing, budget readiness, and any optional project link or budget amount you provide.

If you ask for a personal review, Lemonroot also receives your name, email address, and optional company name. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the project description.

The hosting infrastructure may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, request time, browser information, and server logs. The site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why it is used

The information is used to understand your request, prepare a relevant reply, communicate with you, and take steps you request before a possible working agreement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps at your request before entering a contract.

Limited technical information may also be used to keep the form and site secure and prevent abuse. The legal basis for that processing is Lemonroot's legitimate interest in protecting its website and communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your enquiry is not added to a marketing list and is not used for unrelated advertising.

How the preliminary result works

The direction shown by the questionnaire is assembled in your browser from fixed rules and the answers you select. Your answers are not sent to an external AI service to produce that result.

The result is not a quote, acceptance of a project, or a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. Nothing is sent to Lemonroot until you choose to send the summary with your contact details.

Who helps process the enquiry

The website and its serverless contact function run on Netlify. The submitted summary is delivered by email through Resend, then received in Lemonroot's email service. These providers process information only to provide their respective hosting, security, and email-delivery services.

Netlify and Resend may process information in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Their published safeguards include the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long it is kept

An enquiry that does not become a project is kept for no longer than 12 months after the last related communication, then deleted from Lemonroot's active email records.

If the enquiry becomes a working relationship, relevant communications may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for any longer period required for contracts, accounting, tax, or legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@lemonroot.gr to make a request. Lemonroot may need enough information to verify that the request concerns you.

You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
