Pnoe turns a ten-minute breath test into a lab-grade read on your metabolism. The analyzer measures how the body uses oxygen and produces twenty-three validated biomarkers, then builds nutrition and training from that biology. In peer-reviewed research it matched the COSMED Quark CPET, the system clinicians treat as the reference, at a correlation of 0.98.
Evangelos is Pnoe's chief engineer and AI architect. He built the Precision iOS app, from the interface down to the HealthKit and Apple Watch layers, the engines that turn a person's biomarkers into a personal program, and the architecture that holds it together.
That accuracy is why the platform now runs inside places like Equinox, Restore Hyper Wellness, and Four Seasons.
