Software builtaround the wayyou work.

Custom to your needs, your tools, and your identity, and shipped fast. The speed comes from how we use AI. The craft is still made by hand where it counts.

01 / The idea

A higher standard, in a fraction of the time.

For the last eighteen months, Evangelos has changed how the work gets built. The same custom websites, products, and systems, made to a higher standard, in a fraction of the time.

The change is a deliberate use of AI. Not a chatbot, and not a shortcut that ships something generic. Deep, scheduled workflows that take on the slow, mechanical parts, so the time goes where it matters: the decisions, the details, the things only judgment can get right.

You can see it in the work. Daras Dental had an old, tired website, rebuilt completely in two weeks, and built to last. The portfolio for Magnum photographer Nikos Economopoulos was built the same way. At Pnoe, the Precision platform has run on this approach for a year and a half.

Fast on its own is a commodity. Fast and custom and genuinely good, at the same time, is the point.

Scheduled workflows
  • Builds and checks
  • Image pipelines
  • SEO and performance audits
  • First drafts
The slow, mechanical parts run below the line. The hours go above it.

02 / AI for your work

AI that already knows your job.

Most people meet AI as a chat window. You open it, re-explain who you are, paste in your context, and start over tomorrow. It never learns your job.

We build the opposite: a setup that already knows your work, your tools, and your voice, and runs on a command. The tasks that used to take an afternoon take minutes, and still sound like you. Built on Claude Code and agent tooling, around one person's real work.

Product owners

A rough idea becomes a written spec, in your team's format and your voice.

Marketing strategists

A campaign thought becomes on-brand drafts, ready to review instead of write.

Business analysts

A new project becomes a structured analysis, run with the same commands every time.

Founders & small teams

The repeatable knowledge work stops eating your week.

We do not only build. We imagine brands too.

06 / How we work

Evangelos leads and builds every project himself. When the work needs a specialist, he brings in a trusted partner, only when it is actually needed.

The people below are the ones he works with. They join the work directly, with no layer of management in between.

07 / About

Evangelos Tzemis started Lemonroot in 2023, after years of making things in different mediums.

He studied computer science in Athens and Copenhagen, where his research on touch interaction was published and his thesis proposed a new way to sense pressure on a screen. At CERN he co-wrote a machine-learning library used to untangle scientific records. At Beat he was lead developer on his team during a redesign of the ride-hailing app. At Pnoe he is chief engineer and AI architect.

Before software, and still alongside it, there was other craft. He directed a dance production that toured France for six months and played to fifty thousand people. He produces and engineers music, with ten albums recorded. He photographs, and sells the work.

The thread is not the medium. It is the attention. Each discipline teaches the same lesson from a different angle: how a thing is made is what it becomes.
